Host one of my trainings
at your Yoga school for your students
Want to bring Vinyasa Flow Yoga School to your yoga school?
I offer two professional trainings, the 200-h RYT and 85-h RPYT, both approved by Yoga Alliance, with workbooks written by myself.
I travel around the world to teach in English and Spanish these two trainings, and soon I will be offering the Prenatal Training in French!
If you wish to offer one of these two trainings to your students or teachers, or both of them, I will be happy to travel to your country.
If you are a studio owner please feel free to contact me,
Sandrine, at firstname.lastname@example.org

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Sandrine Antenucci: "Teaching Yoga to pregnant women has become a true passion. And not only teaching asanas and pranayama, but also helping them to understand what happens in their body during the process of pregnancy, to connect with their baby and also to prepare to have a natural birth, avoiding C-section as much as possible. After reading hundreds of books about pregnancy, C-section, natural birth, vertical birth, the pelvis anatomy... going to national and international workshops, taking two 3 prenatal yoga teacher trainings (Vinyasa & Iyengar), teaching prenatal yoga for nearly 3 years, leading conferences in private clinics in Arequipa, going to TV programs…
I am very happy to be able to offer the 85h Yoga Prenatal Teacher Training, whose manual has been carefully and delicately written by myself."
Prenatal Yoga is more popular than ever. It's a way to stay active and healthy when performed properly. Stretching exercises promote circulation of blood and oxygen throughout the body, relaxing both body and mind and promoting a sense of general well-being.
Yoga helps to alleviated back pain and other common discomforts felt during pregnancy.
It also strengthens and relaxes the muscles used in delivery, which will make the entire process easier and less painful.
Yoga can help restore healthy digestion.
One of the most important benefits of yoga for a pregnant woman is the focus on breathing. Concentrating on breathing properly will teach the future mum to relax her mind and her body, even in frightening or high-stress situations.
Yoga is also a great way to make contact with a community of pregnant women, who will be able to give the future mums support and advice.
